Welcome to Tiffany’s Nail Lounge! To ensure a pleasant and seamless experience for all our clients, please take a moment to review our salon policies. Appointment Policy - Booking: Appointments can be made by phone, online, or in person. We recommend scheduling in advance to secure your preferred time. - Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation call or message prior to your appointment. Please confirm your appointment to guarantee your spot. Cancellation Policy - Notice: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients. - Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Late Arrivals - Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Please notify us if you anticipate being late. - Rescheduling: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling of your appointment. Payment Policy - Accepted Methods: We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service. - Gratuity: Tips are appreciated and can be given in cash or can be sent via Venmo to your technician. Hygiene and Sanitation - Safety: We adhere to the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation. All tools and equipment are sterilized between each use. - Health Concerns: Please inform us of any health concerns or allergies before your service begins. Children and Pets Children: For their safety and to maintain a tranquil environment, children under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times. Pets: For the comfort of all clients, pets are not permitted in the salon, with the exception of service animals. Refunds and Satisfaction - Services: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with a service, please let us know before you leave the salon so we can address any concerns. - Products: Unopened retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Personal Belongings - Responsibility: Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times. Tiffany’s Nail Lounge is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
